You might be wondering, “What brought you to this work?” The truth is, my journey to becoming a Virtual Assistant started with a deep personal transformation. Over the past few years, I’ve done a lot of soul-searching and embraced the seasons of life—the moments of change, growth, and, sometimes, challenge. I’ve lived through hustle culture, endured 16-20 hour workdays, and faced the burnout and compassion fatigue that came with it. I reached a point where I realized life is too precious to spend constantly exhausted, questioning my purpose.
That’s why I built Untangling Time: to help business owners avoid the same overwhelm. My goal is to hold space for you, to take on the tasks that weigh you down so you can focus on what matters most. I want you to sleep better at night, to find balance, and to know that your business is thriving because you’re supported.
When we work together, my focus is making sure you feel valued, cared for, and empowered as a small business owner. Your success is my priority, and I’m here to give you the structure, clarity, and relief you deserve.
Outside work, I’m a proud mama to an adventurous little boy and a sweet pup. I have a creative soul, a love for books, and a deep appreciation for life’s simple comforts—coffee and cozy wool socks, and soaking up the sunshine on a sandy beach.

With an extensive background in hospitality and my previous role as Vice President of a highly successful multi-million-dollar home care business, I bring a unique combination of leadership, operational expertise, and dedication to client success. My goal is to leverage this experience to help you grow your business and manage it more efficiently.
I believe exceptional customer service is the foundation of success, and my management style reflects that belief. Guided by patience, kindness, and unwavering integrity, I strive to lighten your workload and make your day-to-day life easier. Whether it’s managing standard operating procedures (SOPs), organizing emails, coordinating travel, planning events, or handling social media, I bring a well-rounded skill set to streamline processes and create solutions that meet your unique needs.

On a personal note, I am the proud mother of an incredibly bright and playful 12-year-old boy, as well as the caretaker of a wise and lovable cat named Yoda. My family inspires me to find balance in my own life, and I aim to extend that same freedom and fulfillment to my clients.
